Share files between Android & PCs over LAN with Sweech

Do you need to transfer something between your Android powered phone/tablet and your computer?
You could simply use a USB cable, but what if your computer isn't online and needs drivers or an app to be able to communicate with your phone?

By using an app called Sweech, you can transfer files to/from your computer and phone using a web browser and the same LAN connection, or by tethering to your phone (no internet needed).
