We are all one

Treat every single stranger like a member of your family.

Race, religion, belief, sexuality, background, medical/mental condition is all insignificant. We are all one people, we all need each other, and we all need to realise that.

We are as equal as each other
We are as beautiful as each other
We are as capable as each other, no matter what our difficulties.
We all have a reason just as much as each other for being here, on this planet, alive, breathing.

Live each day like it’s your last

When I was 17, I read a quote that went something like: “If you live each day as if it was your last, some day you’ll most certainly be right.” It made an impression on me, and since then, for the past 33 years, I have looked in the mirror every morning and asked myself:
